The agreement strengthens Sleep Cycle’s presence in China, one of the world’s fastest-growing markets for AI applications in digital health, and expands the company’s technology licensing business under its “Powered by Sleep Cycle” strategy.

Sleep Cycle, the leading AI-powered sleep technology company, today announced that it has signed a commercial licensing agreement with Ultrahuman, a global health and wearable technology company. The agreement governs Ultrahuman’s continued use of Sleep Cycle’s proprietary Sleep SDK and follows a successful pilot collaboration initiated in November 2025.
