The shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB (publ) (“Sleep Cycle”), reg. no. 556614-7368, are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) to be held on 8 April 2025 at 9:30 CEST at Jacy’z hotel, floor 3, Drakegatan 10, 412 50 Gothenburg, Sweden.

“When we sum up the fourth quarter and look back at 2024, we see a year of steady growth for Sleep Cycle, quarter after quarter, in both subscribers and revenue. We have managed to reverse a downward trend and now, 918,000 paying customers start and end their day with Sleep Cycle, an increase of 25,000 new subscribers in one year. Revenue grew by 9.0 percent during the quarter, and with continued effective cost control, we end the year with a strong operating margin of 32.3 percent during the quarter and 29.4 percent for the full year.”

Sleep Cycle AB (publ), a global leader in AI-driven sleep analysis, announces today the appointment of Elisabeth Hedman as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Investor Relations (IR) effective June 1. Elisabeth joins Sleep Cycle from her role as CFO at TimeEdit and brings with her a wealth of experience from previous positions at TimeEdit and Norion Bank.

At the Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) of Sleep Cycle AB (publ) on 11 April 2024, the following was resolved.

Sleep Cycle AB (publ), a global leader in AI-driven sleep analysis, today announced the appointment of Petter Höglander as Chief Product Officer (CPO) effective April 15. As previously announced, Peter Alsterberg will join Sleep Cycle as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in Q2, start date now set for April 8

Sleep Cycle today will present revised financial targets at a capital markets event. Sleep Cycle’s CEO and senior members of the management team will comment on the revised financial targets and provide insights into the company’s new business strategy.

The nomination committee has resolved to propose that Hans Skruvfors be elected new member of the Sleep Cycle AB board of directors at the annual general meeting on April 11, 2024. The addition of Hans Skruvfors marks another strategic move in the company’s efforts to sharpen its commercial focus.

Sleep Cycle, the world’s leading sleep tracking application, today published the Annual Report 2023 for the financial year January 1 to December 31, 2023.

Following Sleep Cycle’s strategic move to enhance teamwork and boost operational efficiency by consolidating the workforce at the Gothenburg headquarters, the company today announced changes to the senior management team. Peter Alsterberg will join Sleep Cycle as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), a newly established position. Additionally, Chief Product Officer, Samuel Cyprian, and Chief HR Officer, Cecilia Mikkov, have declined to move to Gothenburg HQ and have decided to leave Sleep Cycle.

With more than two million active users across 150 countries, Sleep Cycle is the world’s leading sleep technology company. In a move to further innovate, build, and discover new ways to deliver on Sleep Cycle’s core promise – better health through better sleep – the Board of Directors today adopted a new business strategy.  The new business strategy will be announced on a capital market presentation March 20. The intention is to present updated financial targets ahead of the capital market presentation.
